Light

On a mountaintop shines a light
Day and night it shines so bright
It is seen as far as you can see
Across the lands, oceans and seas
This light is an everlasting beam
To remind us where we have been
And to guide us to where we must go
This light exists in all of us to know
Few choose to know, others turn away
Only to be reminded of the lights ray
This light that shines so bright always
Is Jesus smiling face with all His glory
Summoning His children to come home
With open arms there is plenty of love
